Lys Sølaberg evokes the memory of walking through marsh-fringed landscapes in Scandinavian twilight, when the scent of a lone lily drifts through mist and moss. The composition contrasts the delicate white floral character of lily with deeper, mysterious woods, smokiness, and resinous amber tones. It opens on candied quince and wine-lees nuances, transitions into a smoky floral heart, and gradually settles into a warm base of oak, labdanum, and soft moss.
